CUSTOM ORDER INFO:

*Custom orders will take from an average 4-6 weeks depending on the size and detail of your item.

* The order will also depend on the availability of the materials in stock.

*A 75% non-refundable deposit is required before production starts. You must pay the balance before we ship the final product.

* Please note that for custom made orders, you will not be able to make the payment directly from our website. This payment will be possible via Bank Transfer for customers from abroad. But if you reside in Mauritius, you can make the payment in cash or bank transfer.

* Quotes are given based on the details of your project. (Please do not send a picture and ask “How much?” without any details.)

*Bank Transfer, Cash Payment, Money orders or Money Gram are accepted payment methods.

How to order custom Lingerie:

1) Email us with all of your details like the picture or design that you want to order, your sizes, types of materials such as fabrics, laces that you prefer, etc.
2) Confirm our custom quote and pay a 75% deposit.
3) 4-6 weeks on average later your order will be done and you will pay the remaining 25% balance.
4) We proudly ship with EMS for worldwide orders which mean you will have it in 2 to 8 days maximum, depend on the country you reside!  Please find the grid for international delivery fees via EMS under “SSWorld – International Delivery”.                                                                                                                                                             

5) For our local Mauritian customers, delivery can be made by registered post or you can pick up your order from our workshop or at one of our delivery zone around the island. (Delivery Zones: Super U-Belle Rose, Rose-Hill, Ebene, Beau-Bassin, Quatre-Bornes, Shopprite Hyper, Bagatelle Shopping Mall, Port-Louis and Grand Bay).

*For Swarovski crystal jewelry, you can choose the bead’s colours on the “Swarovski colour chart provided”. Again it will depend on availability of the colours on the time of the order.
