Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Local & International Customers:
In general, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value within 3 days for local customers and 25 days for international customers from the purchase date. If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount.
If you decide to exchange the product that you have purchased, it should be returned as it has been delivered to you with its tags, price or our company’s promotion materials attached on and as new as it was on delivery time to you. Any stains, unstitched part, dirt, broken pieces or damage found on the product will not be qualified as exchangeable.
Important note:
1. All panties are NOT refundable or exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.
2. Exchange of products – Customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee and resend shipping fee.
Exchange Procedures
You can pack and send the product that you want to exchange in just a few simple steps:

2. Provide us with your Order ID. Indicate exchange products and the reason for your exchange.
3. Send the item that you want to exchange by mail to: 2, Ameerally Lane, Jinnah street, RoseHill. 71174. Mauritius.
4. You will be responsible for the returned shipping fee and resend shipping fee.
Customs & Tax
When ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a handling fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.
* We DO NOT ACCEPT any product that is returned more than 3 days for local and 25 days for international from the date of purchase.
* We DO NOT ACCEPT exchange for any free gift product.
